Checkout Reminder
(NOT a typical notice!  Please read through and understand it.)
  • Regardless how you pay for your purchases, please make sure to utilize eBay's checkout function. 
  • We only ship to your Paypal confirmed address that comes with your sent Paypal payment.  Shipping address changing can ONLY be done by requesting refund for current payment and then resending new one with preferred shipping address confirmed.
  • Have orders shipped to other addresses?  Please create and have gift address confirmed in your Paypal account and make sure you select the address you prefer to be sent with your payment.  Please ask Paypal on the details of how you can create and confirm your gift addresses @ 1-888-204-4481  Gift address can be created and confirmed under one minute if your Paypal account meets the following conditions.

follow the instruction there and add a gift address when sending payments.  Please make sure you select the newly created gift address as the ship-to address from the dropdown list when sent back to the payment page after the address adding process because Paypal system defaults the first address in the list as the ship-to address and the newly created one is usually the last in the list.

  • Due to eBay system limitation, please make sure you SELECT and pay the right Shipping & Handling fees in eBay checkout process.
    • For physical addresses in lower 48, we ONLY use UPS or FedEx Ground.  No USPS Priority Service.
    • For all other confirmed non APO/FPO/VI/GU/AS/FM/MH/MP/PW addresses within US Paypal, we only ship with USPS Priority Service.  Higher Shipping & Handling Fees apply.
  • For purchase of multiple items, please add up the Shipping & Handling fees for each item as we DO NOT offer combined shipment and eBay system does not generate the total shipping & handling fees correctly.
  • All payments that don't meet these requirements will be returned and cause delays.  Please arrange a good payment that complies with our rules.
  • Having Questions?  The best, fastest, most secure, and most reliable way is that (Emails may be lost or blocked for whatever reasons)
    • log onto your "My eBay" section, 
    • go to "Won" under "All Buying", 
    • find the auction you won, 
    • and then select "Contact Seller" under the "Action" dropdown menu to send us a message.
    • Please be as more specific as possible on the question or problem description.
    • Negative feedbacks will not solve any issues but communication can.

    We reply messages sent via eBay messaging system within two business days (usually less), weekends and holidays EXCLUDED.
